Thin screeds are in the application similar to levelling compounds. But because of the bigger grain size you can process the thin screeds in higher thicknesses. You can process them bonded, on a separating or an an insulating layer. A typical use is in constructions without a sufficient installation heigh or with not enough load capacitiy.
